Help! My website is down!

Quick Overview...

OK, if your website has stopped working then there are few possible reasons why this may have happened. A few reasons have been suggested below:

Detailed instructions...
A blank page loads when I visit my website?
First, check if admin area still works (type www.your-website-address.com/admin in browser address bar), if it works, go to the Configuration tab and save changes. If this doesn't help, please contact us for support. Don't forget to include your website address and access details to your admin area so we can investigate further for you.
Your domain expired
If your website is not responding or shows something different to what it did before, it could be that your domain has expired.  You would need to contact your registrar (this is who you registered the domain with). Your domain is your website's address, like "my-website-address.com".

Your WebMate account has been suspended
If your website shows a message like "Account Suspended", please contact support@webmate.me straight away, and we will be able to look into what's gone wrong.

Still stuck? - Contact Support
If you have tried the above and you are still having issues, please contact support by opening a ticket through your MacMate Control or send an email to support@webmate.me and we will be able to look into your issue for you.
