To reset your WebMate password, go to your WebMate Control login area and click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link.

Step 1: What to do if you have forgotten your WebMate login password?

You can change your password at the login screen to your WebMate Control.
If you click the forgotten password link at the WebMate Control login page, an email will be sent to your the contact email address you chose when signing up for WebMate.

If you no longer have access to the original email account that you used when signing up, your password can be reset manually by our support team, in this instance please contact: support@webmate.me for a password reset, we can generate a new password or you can let us know the password that you would like and we will apply it to the system for you.

If you know the WebMate login password and just want to change it, you will need to change the default email account password via the Email tab in WebMate control, steps on how to do this can be found here
