How to change your email password in billing

To change your email password in billing, go to your Services, select your hosting package, click on Manage and then click on 'Change Password'. Enter your new password and then click 'Confirm' to then change your email password.

Detailed instructions..
Step 1: Log into WebMate Billing
Go to and log in using your details.
Step 2: Go to your services
Once logged in, go to your services and select your package.
Step 3: Manage
Once you have loaded your service, click on Manage next to the email account you want to add an alias on.
Step 4: Enter new password
You will then be able to enter your new password, click confirm and your new password will be applied to your email account.

That's it! You have now updated your email password via the Billing portal.
