| A blank page loads when I visit my website? |

First, check if admin area is still accessible (type www.your-website-address.com/admin in browser address bar), if it works and you can login, click the three dots at the bottom of the admin menu (on the left) to see if there is an update available, if there is, run the update to see if that will fix the problem. If this doesn't help, please contact us at support@webmate.me. Don't forget to include your website address and access details to your admin area so we can investigate further for you. |

| Your domain expired |

| If your website is not responding or shows something different to what it did before, it could be that your domain has expired. You would need to contact your registrar (this is who you registered the domain with). Your domain is your website's address, like "my-website-address.com". | ||
| Your WebMate account has been suspended |
||
| If your website shows a message like "Account Suspended", please contact support@webmate.me straight away, and we will be able to look into what's gone wrong. |
