| Pay by Credit/Debit Card | |||

You can pay your invoices from your preferred credit/debit card. This can be set as an automatic payment, which is similar to a Direct Debit. Payment is usually collect within 7 working days after the invoice is created. Detailed Instructions Step 1: To pay an invoice by credit/debit card, log in to http://billing.webmate.me with your registered email address and password Step 2: Once you are logged in, click Billing from the main tool bar, the chose invoices Step 3: A new window will open showing a list of all paid/unpaid invoices. Select the invoice you wish to pay. Step 4:Another new window will open, you will now see the invoice that you have chosen to pay. On the top right of this window you will see a drop down box with the different types of payment options. Select Credit/debit card, the select Pay Now Step 5: Once again, this will take you to a new window, Please check your personal details are correct, then complete the card details form on the right hand side of the page. Please note: Your card will be held securely on file for future automatic payment of due invoices. Contact us to have your card removed. |

| Pay by PayPal |

| To Pay via PayPal - simply select the Pay with PayPal button next to your invoice - This will take you through to PayPal directly for payment. Please note: PayPal payments can not be taken automatically and will need to be paid Manually. |
